I was back in one of my favourite cities this past weekend for the Dwell on Design Conference. I also attended the San Francisco Living Home Tours. My pink gold Parisian heels went trekking around San Francisco hills. Yes, I was the only female in heels. Sad.
Architect Craig Steely showed his beautiful Bernal Heights home. The home sits on a lot that was once considered to be unbuildable. The home features four bedrooms, decks with views, a media room, a service elevator, and a gorgeous use of glass. Get your checkbooks out, because the house is on the market for $2.4.
I like to respect when they ask for no photographs. So, I refrained from taking what would have been neat blog photos. But, towards the end of the day, I just had to snap one. I have included a shot of the main house from the Ocean Beach residence. This house has been featured in the NY Times. It is a mid-century modern home that has been connected to a newly constructed structure through a glass bridge on the second floor.

Walls of Glass define this Ocean Beach home…
