Walking the Lower East Side last week I came across a stylish window display. Edgy, provocative, and sexy images curated from the pages of the soon to be ubiquitous TAR magazine grace designer Jamison Ernest’s YELLOW FEVER boutique. The brand and the attire is post hipster hot. Ernest designs the type of pieces that bitches as diverse as Scarlett Johansson, Estelle, and Popwhore wear on a daily basis. Any designer with the vision to juxtapose the catwalk with hardcore pornographic images knows the true value of his product offering. Think high priced whores, trust fund hipsters, and Saudi royals rocking limited edition $500 dollar T-shirts for the creative class. Coming soon: Yellow Fever boutiques in Silver Lake, Lisbon, The Design District of Miami, and Dubai. The brand is going to be huge, invest now before the IPO.
